Checkout Charges
Jensen Group tries to be as fair as possible with the charges we issue our tenants during checkout. If you find a charge you disagree with, please take a few minutes to fill out the “Appeal of Checkout Charges” form below. When it’s complete, submit it to the Jensen Property Management Office.
After reviewing, one of our staff members will be in touch with you within 7 days.
